Three easy steps to getting your license.

Step 1 - Meet with us to see if Van Dorm is home for you.  We would welcome the opportunity to discuss a real estate career with you.

Step 2 - Mandatory Education.  In Washington 90 clock hours of  real estate education are needed.  We offer courses at cost through Rockwell Institute.  Sign up through Van Dorm and receive a discount.                                          

Step 3 - Pass the state license exam. For Information visit Washington State Department of Licensing.
